Tindall Kruger – Member

(Masters in Town and Regional Planning, SACPLAN, SAPI, ESSA and PPRA Registered)

Tindall Kruger is a Registered Town and Regional Planner with more than 30 years’ experience in planning, property development, and spatial economic development across KwaZulu-Natal and beyond. As founder of StratPlan, he bridges the disciplines of spatial planning and development economics, helping clients unlock land and property opportunities through strategic assessment, feasibility studies, and statutory applications. His career includes long-standing advisory roles to major corporates such as McDonald’s SA, leadership in regional and municipal planning processes, and extensive work in rural and urban transformation. Backed by a strong multidisciplinary network, he brings practical expertise across the full property development cycle — from land assessment and acquisition through to approvals and project implementation.

 

Kerusha Ramdeen – Project Administrator

(National Diploma in Technical Financial Accounting, Business Administration and Computer Studies)

Kerusha Ramdeen is a seasoned administrative professional with over 18 years of experience across finance, office administration, and research. She holds a certificate in Business Administration and Computer Studies, and a Technical Financial Accounting Diploma. At StratPlan, Kerusha plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations by managing finances, administration, and HR functions to support the effectiveness of the StratPlan Team.

Her expertise spans Microsoft Office (with advanced Excel and Word skills), Google Earth, desktop and field research, payroll, data collection and analysis, and high-level document formatting for letters, reports, and presentations. Kerusha also brings exceptional graphic design skills, ensuring all organisational documents are professionally produced and well-edited to reflect the organisation’s high standards. Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit, she is a key asset behind the scenes.

Phumla Jack-Galada – Planning Intern / Researcher

(Studying Diploma in Development Studies, Project Management)

Phumla is a skilled project manager with experience in diverse public and private sectors, demonstrated through her work on socio-economic projects, feasibility studies, and monitoring large housing initiatives like the Title Deeds Restoration Programme. She has a strong understanding of managing time, cost, and resources, and is adept at detailed research, surveys, and stakeholder communication. Her involvement with StratPlan, the KwaZulu-Natal Economic Council, and the iSpace for Informal Incomes NPO highlights her expertise in navigating government systems, assessing project feasibility, and driving socio-economic development, including her role in the Good Money Habits App and the Lot 89 New Germany Housing Project.

Zama Linda

Zama provides reception and administrative support to StratPlan. Since 2017 Zama has been responsible for packaging and logistics activities of a small business venture sponsored by StratPlan. The aim of this business venture is to provide us with first-hand experience in the management of small business and entrepreneurship development.
